Rental Options

We currently offer direct bookings for stays of 30+ days.  Our direct booking rates often offer a significant value over booking via AirBnB -- even if you just want to stay a few weeks you may realize significant savings with a direct booking of 30 days. Shorter stays may be booked on AirBnB.

You can also book on AirBnB.  Pricing may vary at AirBnb.

All prices include utilities (electric, water, and trash) for a furnished cottage
Holidays:  Any stay that includes Memorial Day weekend, Columbus Day weekend, MLK Weekend, or President's Day Weekend will incur an additional +$150 surcharge for each holiday.
Cleaning:  Any lease term less than 50 days will also incur a one time $150 cleaning fee.
*Deposit:  Quoted deposit is for well qualified applicants.  Deposit may vary up to 2x monthly rent.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
• Your holding fee may be refundable based on how close we are to move in.  If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be reimbursed 50% of the holding fee. If you cancel less than 14 days before check-in, you’ll forfeit the holding fee.
• If you cancel prior to receiving keys or checking in, all prorated partial month's rent, your security deposit are typically refunded.  
• If you cancel after receiving keys or checking in, we may deduct a cleaning fee as well as any other expenses associated with "turning" the property (for example, if we need to change locks or repair damage).
• Guests can also receive a full refund of the holding fee if they cancel within 48 hours of signing the holding agreement, and if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
  
• Application and showing fees are never refundable.
• Guests are encouraged to consider travel insurance or other arrangements to cover unexpected situations.

We comply with applicable state and federal policies regarding fair housing and non-discrimination -- not just because its the law, but because all people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.  We do not consider any of the following factors:
